How do you use the lifting straps?
Grab the barbell or the handle of the weight you are going to lift. Wrap the free end of the strap a few times around the bar, turn the bar towards you to tighten the strap even more. Once the strap is tight enough, grab the bar firmly. You are now ready to lift.
